We must focus on God's promises instead of our problems. I read when we do that our faith takes us to a new level of victory. Isn't that awesome? Jesus said in the book of Matthew, chapter 9, verse 29...."According to your faith will it be done for you". Become what you believe. It is okay to have moments of feeling down and out or negative or angry or sad. I heard that you can have emotions but don't let the emotions have you. I am a firm believer in being positive and grateful. I always felt you can put negative stuff out there. I recently learned it is a very real fact that the enemy hears your complaining and uses it against you to defeat you. So be very mindful of your heart, of your thoughts and of your words. I like to start my day everyday thanking the Lord for His goodness and I always give the day to him. PB said he was asked by God to give Him his last hour of the day as well as the first hour. So I try to just lay in bed and fall asleep talking and praying to God. It is a wonderful way to drift off to sleep and I will tell you, I sleep like a baby. My one friend who comes up to visit often is witness to how easily I fall asleep and stay asleep. I give God all the glory because I see it as a true gift from Him. Peace in your head, peace in heart= a peaceful night's sleep. So it really is up to us on how we think and how we act. God promises to help us but he gives us free will so be mindful and extremely guarded of what you think and say. Be happy, be postive and be of good encouragement to yourself and to others. Have a joyous day!!
