Palm Sunday

What a mighty God we serve. Today is a glorious day of celebration better known as Palm Sunday. The day of the Lord's triumphal entry into Jerusalem the week before His death and resurrection. It is called Palm Sunday because of the Bible's reference when the Lord entered Jerusalem, the crowds of people greeted Him by waving palm branches and covering His path with palms. The Biblical account can be found in the books of Matthew 21:1-11, Luke 19: 28-44 and John 12:12-19. Today is a great day to read the story to refresh yourself of the journey to the cross that began today so many years ago. Thank you Jesus for being our living sacrifice so that we may have eternal life. May we keep this a week of accountancy so in that all we do, it is in honor of you. Amen.
