To God be the Glory. No matter what. I get sad when I see people turn to God at their lowest point and when things get better they desert him. We had a young teen visit us this weekend and we were talking about people that have stopped attending church and he said he could never do that nor imagine how anyone would turn from God. I was so moved and exclaimed my best Sunday, "Amen!" I have family members that have lost faith because God didn't answer their prayers and felt, "what is the point? I will just do it myself." Trust me, they didn't get far and their lives are worse off now than ever before. All I can do is show them God's love and give Him the glory each and every time He does something amazing in any one's life. It is bearing good testimony and by doing this, I am praying that they will see God's goodness and faithfulness. This is not to brag about your blessings. Far from it. It is to show them how much God loves us. All of us. Be a good witness to someone. How do you do it? By living a holy Christian life and by showing His love to others in all things and in all ways. Don't be stingy with some and generous with others. Don't keep score. Don't invite someone over and wait for a return invite before you invite them again. Just live in God's light...be the Light. Be there for someone. Ask the Lord today to reveal to you someone you can bless. You will be so glad you did.
