We celebrate today the life of a man who died for his beliefs. All he wanted to do was share encouraging words and uplifting messages. Was not for one race or another but for all mankind and he was murdered living out his dream. Can you imagine? Is your faith and belief in Jesus strong enough to die for Him? Are you bold enough to spread the good news even when it is not in a comfortable place? Where your message is not the most popular? Most people won't even share their faith because it is deemed too controversial or too private. My brother and I were speaking the other day and we were so appalled at how prejudice people are against Christians and those that believe and share. Tim Tebow simply was giving glory to God and acknowledging Him after an achievement and he was mocked in the press and destroyed in the media. Why? Because he shared his faith. He may not have won the playoffs or won a trophy but the Lord is proud. For he stepped forth and used his public forum to glorify God and if you ask Tim Tebow, I would venture to say his testimony mattered more than the Super Bowl ring. Never allow your message to be censored or silenced. Be proud and bold for what the Lord has done for you. Share your testimony like these fine men did. We may not have the crowds like Martin Luther King, Jr. did or the stadium like Tim Tebow, but we can do it right where we are...the office, the grocery store, the park, the hospital, the schools....we all have a testimony to share and it is as powerful as theirs.
