As I celebrate my birthday today I am grateful to the Lord for His love. His faithfulness and goodness has been such a blessing to me and my prayer is that everyone can know that kind of love. He can be your best friend, your counselor, your father, your "everything". He is that to me and more. When we give our hearts to Christ and come to know Him in an intimate way, our lives begin to change for we begin to change. He enters our hearts and the Holy Spirit dwells within us and helps guide us through our days. It is a wonderful life filled with promise and new mercies. He gives us the gift of grace that we could never earn yet He gives it freely to us. So today my prayer is that you know Jesus in that way. That you have asked Him into your heart and have asked Him to be your personal Savior. There is no greater thing that you can do for yourself. And that is my birthday prayer for all.
