Never look for validation from man, only Jesus Christ. Man will disappoint you and let you down, but our Almighty Father never will. He will be the most consistent person in your life. We must learn to look at men and their words with a grain of salt. Give no person. place or thing any importance above God. You will never win if you do. Life will be filled with betrayal disappointment and loneliness for we are of the flesh and flesh is selfish and flesh makes us sin. Therefore we are keep ourselves holy by guarding our hearts and tongues. If you are hurting right now because someone close to you has let you down, give them to God. Ask Him to comfort you and help heal you at this difficult time. And use this as a spiritual lesson that everything has a purpose and renew your thinking. Reclaim God first in your life and let everything else fall in its proper order. The bible's exact middle has the following verse....It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man... so let's declare it and keep our eyes on God for all of our needs. Amen?!
