Thursday, April 10, 2014 "How Do You React?"

"and put everything under their feet." In putting everything under them, God left nothing that is not subject to them. Yet at present we do not see everything subject to them." Hebrews 2:8

The choice is ours to make when we are faced with life's challenges. We can either look at it through the natural and panic and worry. Or we can look at it through the supernatural eyes of faith and respond by saying, "Thank you Lord for your promises because I know if you allowed this to happen, you will enable me to move on through this." When we know we are living in God's will we should never react negatively. If we already know He is in control of our lives and we do not receive what it is we have been praying for, then we should also know He has something better for us. If we are in need of a job and every interview we have been on leads nowhere than we must know these jobs are not for us. We must trust that He has another plan that we cannot see. The Lord stands outside of time and sees the beginning, middle and the end therefore we must allow His work to be done. I know it is much easier said than done but try. Try to change your mindset to those biblical truths. Pray and ask the Lord to help you see things through your eyes of faith. Ask that you are not influenced by the world. How we react or respond is very important. Involve God in every situation, by every word spoken. Let us move towards victory by expressing our faith in Jesus Christ. And let us be strengthened by His Word each and every day.

We reach out to the poorest of poor with the love of Christ to bring healing to the broken hearted. We also encourage young people as well as adults from the West to come to Mumbai on a short / long term missions trip to work with us in the slums of Mumbai to share the good news of Jesus Christ and to give them new hope, future and purpose. We would love to have you come with your husband to Mumbai and help us in reaching out to the people in the slums who are most needy. God willing I will be coming to States in June/ July and will be very glad to visit you and explore what God has stored for us to work together in building His Kingdom.
