"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[a] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord". Romans 8:38-39
"There is power in the blood of the Passover Lamb." Can you imagine any sweeter words to be woken up to? I fell asleep on the sofa and when I woke up in a fog as to where I was, I heard these words over and over from the television and it just permeated into my very soul. Those words being spoken throughout my home. Did you know it is very important to play praise and worship music in your home? Pray out loud in your home? Have Christian television on in your home? It blesses and seals the home. When we watch or listen to something we shouldn't, that ushers in demons therefore we must guard our home and fill it with the power of the Holy Spirit. People feel it as soon as they enter our home. The peace of the Lord overwhelms them. It is the Lord's presence. Amen. But those very words were spoken to me by my husband earlier in the week and so they just confirmed the Lord's promise to us that by His stripes we are healed and by the shedding of His blood, we live. And by our blood covenant with the Son of God, we have the power of Christ in our lives. So as we reflect this Holy weekend, I wanted to just share a snippet of what my husband wrote on our ministry website. Check it out for we share our weekly bible lessons on the site and they are very educational. So feel free to join in.
As the Passover Lamb in the book of Exodus, Chapter 12 foreshadowed the coming of Christ and how He was going to be our Passover Lamb; we know that through His death and resurrection,God's judgement and wrath has passed over us. So as we reflect during this holiest of weeks, may all of His children grasp the love that was shown for us on the cross so that we would have a future of hope and not of eternal damnation. Rebuke any thoughts that you are not worthy for the Word tells us in Romans 5:8 "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. " Let's give Him all the praise!
